Introduction

I help individuals and couples move from emotional overwhelm, recurring conflicts, and disconnection toward healthier communication, emotional clarity, and more secure relationships. Relationships can start feeling exhausting when conversations turn into repeated arguments, emotional distance replaces closeness, or people no longer feel understood despite deeply caring for each other. My work focuses on helping people understand the patterns beneath these struggles and create healthier ways of relating with themselves and with each other. Alongside couples therapy, I also support individuals navigating anxiety, self-worth struggles, attachment concerns, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties.

Professional Experience

Over the course of my therapeutic journey, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, including communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, anxiety, attachment patterns, self-worth struggles, trauma, and relationship distress. With training in Couple Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and integrative psychotherapy,I focus on helping clients develop deeper emotional awareness, healthier relational patterns, and a stronger sense of clarity for themselves and their relationships. My work is rooted in creating a space where people feel understood, emotionally supported, and able to engage in meaningful personal and relational change.
