Introduction
I am a Psychologist and Couples Therapist specializing in attachment-based and evidence-driven relationship work.
My practice is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy by Sue Johnson and informed by structured relationship research from Dr. John Gottman, allowing me to work deeply with communication and emotional patterns rather than surface-level conflicts.
I support individuals and couples in understanding the underlying emotional and relational dynamics through SFBT that drive their experiences, helping them move toward clarity, regulation, and secure connection with ACT therapy.
My Approach
My therapeutic approach is structured, observant, and insight-driven.
- 🔹 Identifying attachment styles and unmet emotional needs
- 🔹 Mapping negative interaction cycles (pursue–withdraw, shutdown, escalation patterns)
- 🔹 Observing micro body language cues, tone shifts, and emotional responses in real time
- 🔹 Understanding power dynamics and unspoken relational patterns
- 🔹 Facilitating emotional safety and repair conversations
- 🔹 Working beyond words — focusing on what happens underneath interactions

Beyond Conflict
My work goes beyond simply resolving arguments. I help clients build emotional safety and trust, develop secure attachment patterns, and gain deeper awareness of unspoken expectations and relational dynamics that shape their interactions.
The focus is on strengthening long-term emotional resilience, so that partners are better equipped to navigate challenges together. Healthy relationships are not conflict-free — they are defined by the ability to repair, reconnect, and remain emotionally aware.
Professional Experience
As a Consultant Psychologist and Couples Therapist at The Marriage Fit Clinic and a mental wellness coach, I conduct structured couple therapy using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I support couples through attachment injuries, trauma, and high-conflict dynamics while addressing deep-rooted emotional patterns. My training includes certifications from the World Health Organization in MHPSS, Gender-Based Violence Prevention, Clinical Management of Rape, TF-CBT, and Intimate Partner Violence management.
I have also completed the McKinsey Program, enhancing my structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making approach to guide clients toward clear, actionable solutions.
A Note from Me
Every relationship follows a pattern shaped by your unique past experiences. Once you understand the pattern, change becomes inevitable.
My role is to help you feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe enough to rebuild connection.
